Yeah 100% worth it, I don't even like standing without mine anymore. I just use the ComfiLife mat and it makes a huge difference on my feet and lower back compared to just shoes on hard floor. You'll probably end up standing way more once you have one because it helps with the pain.

The ComfiLife anti-fatigue mat is solid for around $35. Thick enough to actually make a difference and holds up way better than the cheap $15 ones that flatten out in a month. I've had mine for like a year and it's still cushy. Makes standing at my desk way more tolerable.
