I just installed this: https://a.co/d/0fYr6ppB It is pretty great. Lots of space for hubs and power blocks. I also mounted a 10 plug power strip right next to it on the bottom side of the desk. You can zip tie cables to the tray and really get things organized. Then, I just have a single power cord coming down the leg under a magnetic cover. Cord goes right in to a UPS. Can be pretty clean but take a lot of time.
