I'm sorry man, I feel for you. I am currently listening to this book: https://www.amazon.com/Why-We-Drink-Too-Much/dp/1250392926. It's by an alcoholic doctor from the UK; very interesting. I myself have never had drinking problems, except maybe during high school where I binge drank socially and would get wasted every weekend. But I KNOW I have addictive behaviour (that's why i have never tried recreative drugs). I really hope you can overcome your addiction. All the best.
