I live near the Georgia coast. All beach carts are passive aggressive work. Now that my kids are big enough to carry their own chairs and one or two additional items like an umbrella, we avoid the cart. But if you’re set on a cart, the only BIFL one will be something like this made of aluminum. I think these fishing carts are easier to pull because it’s more rigid than the fold up carts. It doesn’t flex and work against you. This one does not fold up but has a trailer hitch post to go in the trailer hitch on your SUV. See the pictures for how it works with trailer hitch.
