But Sony usually provides good value for the money. I doubt the are audiophile level of sound quality, but you said your main purpose is TV and YouTube at a low price. They do *not* have active noise cancellation, but they are closed-bark which will block some noise. Be aware that these are *on-ear*, not over-ear. That means the cushions rest on your ears rather than your skull. I prefer that, being less claustrophobic to me. I have other on-ear headphones, and find them quite comfortable. But many people do not, so judge accordingly. These offer a long-lived battery, a fairly modern version of Bluetooth, and the modern version of USB (Type-C).
