I believe that's quartz watch with 7N42. If I'm correct it rakes SR920SW or R371cell battery and you will probably need to unscrew the back counter clockwise with a special tool like this https://a.co/d/0aH4iSyy you can try using something else but you are risking slipping off and leaving a deep scratch on the back cover. Once you remove the old battery, careful clean that area with q-top and a bit of white vinegar, then dry it and try the new battery. Hopefully the acid from old battery didn't to too much damage to its mechanism... If it did, it's probably a toast. But it's not a rare watch, you can check eBay and buy exactly same one, in the worst case.
