Heya OP, Be sure to check with doc/neuro first. But look into a supplement called "My Immunity". It's a bit pricier than standard supplements, like $50 a bottle. HOWEVER! My insides are amazing now. I took this stuff regularly for a couple months. Just about 2 weeks in the cramping, bloating, the burp-barfs, and Mt Vesuvius diarrhea, was all but non-existent. I take a half dosage once a week now, as opposed to the 2 pills daily. It's actually on a "Prime Day" deal right now for $30 - My Immunity I am also on Briumvi, but have had numerous convos about folks flipping over to Kesimpta and have a litany of better day to day operations. Cant say it will for you obviously, but it seems a pretty good "go-to" for a good number of folks here. Best of luck, keep us posted!
