Thank you so much for the feedback. The shop vac method for cleaning the cooler is amazing. Just in case anyone is looking at this thread with the insufficient flow code it is most likely not the egr valve and is just a clogged cooler, I got the video linked on my website (not my video). And if you are struggling to get the clip off get a set of picks, and just break off the plastic tab and manually press it down internally, it will still latch when you plug it back in with the broken plastic tab.
