I was not able to source one myself, but our cable vendor tested several ICs for power consumption, and we ended up stumbling across the same IC - the Fastsoc FS312 (we use the FS312L). The J8X221 is a similar alternative with comparable specs. My recommendation if you need to replace it is to buy the same type of cable I used, cut open the plastic near the USB-C port, and remove the component. If you buy the IC alone, you will probably need to find a vendor that can pre-flash them with the correct PD profile.
