I used to use the baskets but have moved to the Slow N Sear (Amazon but no affiliate attached), which provides similar direct/indirect zones and includes a small water reservoir (to stabilize temps and provide some moisture) for either smoking or reverse-searing. Something you may want to consider as your desire to expand your cooking style grows. 🙂
