Oh, and as far as the system/combat goes, it's inspired by FFXIV, Monster Hunter, and Dark Souls/Elden Ring. Is this an epic drama full of thought-out worldbuilding so complex that I could write an essay on the interconnecting socioeconomic politics of it? Uh... the setting is... um... the more happy you are to turn your brain off and go along for the ride, the better. Is this a literary masterpiece that will stand the test of time and be discussed in classrooms a hundred years ago as a great of its era? ... there's a lot of boob fanservice, so maybe? Is the protagonist some BETA CUCK SOY BOY or is he a MANLY MAN ALPHA CHAD? I'm sorry, sir, we don't serve those here. We serve human beings. He is an adult human male who is confident and brave in some regards, vulnerable and nervous in others, sometimes cool and normal, other times a total dork, who does not hesitate to flirt with and compliment the girls but can still be put on the defensive and get flustered when teased, and he has a very active role in the story calling the shots and deciding what they do rather than being passive and reactive. He is not OP either and actively refuses options that he knows would be too overpowered because he's a bit of a dungeon junkie who wants to have fun without blowing through everything too easily, but he is still more powerful than the average person. He's also a switch who enjoys being dominant as much as he enjoys getting pinned down by his incredibly horny waifus. How crunchy is the LitRPG side of things? The numbers are pretty casual. While there isn't that much to do with LitRPG-y stuff in this volume, I plan on expanding it much more in the following volumes. Even then, the story will always be more harem-y than LitRPG-y. How quickly do the characters get together? Because of the way the world is, the characters get romantic and lovey dovey almost right away, and there is a lot of flirting and cuteness. However, the sex doesn't happen until the last quarter of the volume. I prioritize cute flirting and other romantic gestures over sex, but there is much horniness throughout the story even without explicit sex. But again, rest assured, there is explicit sex as well. But seriously, the whole "waiting to get together" and "the chase" part is the absolute worst part of romance as far as I'm concerned, so, thanks to the way the setting works, they basically start dating as soon as they meet. Who is this book for? Who is the intended audience? Me. I see an AI cover! Does that mean this story is AI SLOP?!?!?!?!?!???? This story is absolutely slop, but--for better or for worse--it is 100% human-written slop. I plan on eventually replacing my AI-generated covers with human-drawn covers once I can afford to. I've been writing for over 20 years and publishing my stories online for about 8 years now in case you need proof of my writing from the pre-AI era.
