So the idea is to minimize any kind of hollowness that is there because of the air gap. When I did the bounty trick years ago, I honestly maybe took only 1 or two pieces of it, folded it up as much as I could and shoved it into the gap ensuring there was good contact there; it should feel like its really jammed up and it is putting pressure between both contact points. I did this for every horizontal bar that I could see a gap. I did this years ago, so I apologize I don't really remember the details. And I don't think it even worked for me cause I ended up returning my 2 leg.
