I've always drank a lot of water but a ton of these comments helped in pregnancy (diluting lemonade or Gatorade, watermelon and cucumbers, adding flavor etc). I also turned my morning coffee into a hydration drink to increase water intake (saw this on TikTok I think). I make my 1 cup of coffee or half caf, mix it with a splash of creamer if I want and these chocolate electrolytes (sounds weird but its good with coffee), and put it in a big 40 oz Stanley or adjacent cup. Add ice and fill the rest of the cup with water. In the second and third trimester I have also added like half a cup Fairlife protein chocolate milk to get some extra calories and protein without having to add a bunch of snacks or feel like I am force-feeding myself (I hate the uncomfortable full feeling). Also makes me feel like I am drinking way more coffee than I am (I used to drink like 24-32 ounces of iced coffee daily before I tapered last year and then got pregnant so this helps mentally).
