A couple of things i’ve found: As you open up to friends/family i’ve beeen connected with personal friends that have helped immensely, i’ll share with you resources she sent me. Talking to someone 1:1 that has had similar experiences, I did a zoom call with her and I was amazed how she could hold space for her own grief but make sure I was ok share her experiences and how she moved through it. I’m still pretty early on but if you ever wanted to have a call i’d love to support you too, it’s helpful for me also. I’ve started listening to the rainbow connection podcast and that’s also really helpful it’s personal stories, reflections and hope for the future kinda things. Here’s what she shared with me:amazing blog and grief care package website that I’ve used countless of times called hereforyou.co (http://hereforyou.co/)). She also helped crowdsource these resources; - She said this website is pretty phenomenal - http://www.glowinthewoods.com/. I started looking at this one and Still Standing (below) since losing our girls and there are definitely some gems in both. - Still Standing Magazine (https://stillstandingmag.com (https://stillstandingmag.com/)) (deals with pregnancy loss, and also addresses child loss and infertility). Then there are a few resources more specific to miscarriage so maybe not as helpful but just in case:- She recommended This essay (https://cupofjo.com/2019/07/miscarriage-story/) and here is another (https://cupofjo.com/2015/11/miscarriage-stories/). -She heard an episode of Death Sex and Money and in the show notes, they provided a spreadsheet that folks could fill in with tips:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aRIUb-91RK8hidaYHwSo5QzIno3tuiXsX4RZZFLEwxI/edit#gid=2112888551 - I've also heard great things about this book: https://www.feministpress.org/books-a-m/i-had-a-miscarriage - Finally, I'm a big fan of Emily Oster, who has amazing books on pregnancy, parenting, etc. She recently came out with a book on pregnancy loss, miscarriage, pregnancy complications, etc. I started to read it, and it's a little raw for me still (and can kind of feel like "this is how many things can go wrong"), but I think it's still a really good and important book and thank god our generation is bringing to light all the work that needs to be done around women's health: https://www.amazon.com/Unexpected-Navigating-Pregnancy-Complications-ParentData/dp/0593652770/
