The World Atlas of Coffee: From Beans to Brewing -- Coffees Explored, Explained and Enjoyed

I have daydreamed about opening a coffee roastery, but the startup costs are high and the margins are low. There are folks in the coffee industry that have written some decent books on coffee that would be cool coffee table books like James Hoffman's Coffee Atlas. But yeah a book about different coffee roasters would be cool, I don't think I am nearly as experienced as folks who do this for a living though like green coffee buyers who cup 100s of coffees a day.
