Godrej Greta 2.0 or Featherlite Liberate or Helix Always good to try a chair in store if possible before ordering.

Jin Office is a good company. 120 cm or 150 cm will depend on your use case. If you tell me more I can help better. Same for the chair - if you tell me a bit more about you and your budget I can help you better. But my generic recommendations are: Greensoul jupiter, Godrej Greta 2.0 or Featherlite Liberate. Try these in a local store if possible to decide which one you like best.

This is good but given your height, I suggest you also try out Liberate and Godrej Greta, both of which come with a head rest - something that might be very crucial for you.

I don't think Ergonomic chair is really just a technology which might become redundant. It is also about the quality of component used. At the same time, I absolutely agree that a Steelcase or Herman Miller does not have proportionally that much over a featherlite or godrej in budget range. If you buy something like the Liberate (or Helix) or Greta, in my experience the quality of components used (like cushioning, wheels etc) is good and long lasting enough that I do not feel objectively you gain a lot more over steelcase, even in long term. Now which chair you like best, is a whole other conversation and it is absolute not that the most basic steelcase/herman miller has so many adjustability options that it will definitely suit you as an individual. On the other hand, for businesses looking to buy chairs, couple of things are extremely important - longevity and flexibility. If you try a Herman Miller Aeron for the first time, many controls feel like spaceship controls. I know for a fact that most of the people who use these chairs in offices do not know 100% of the adjustability controls. In extreme cases, I know people silently hating the chair unless someone explains they are actually locked in the lean forward feature - which is not a bug but a feature. Many times, big corporations even have a physiotherapist on payroll to assist employees adopt a better working posture to help with their body type etc. Now such a professional can only do so much for you with a chair like Helix even, but they can definitely do a lot more with an Aeron. This is why corporates have such chairs but imo, people are better off with chairs that cost 10-20% and fit their body types - as these chairs are for individuals. I am also not the biggest fan of individuals buying super premium chairs second hand, just because they can get a 1.5L chair at like 25k - as these are used chairs, many times even out of their warranty term, and simply do not maintain the sturdiness that they are known for or that a good budget chair can give you. Hope that makes sense.
