Just know that the National Electrical Code (NEC) Article 410.16 prohibits bare bulbs with pull chains, and LEDs must be specifically listed for use in a closet. I think most of the gun cabinets you see on Amazon (like Vevor) are pretty much the same. Vevor is a big brand that makes just about everything. With that said, they aren't particularly great. But if you just need a locking cabinet to keep your kid safe, then I think they are fine. Just note that they call them "gun safes" but it's really just a locking cabinet I bought a Xyvaly gun cabinet on Amazon about a year ago. I needed something a little larger and I wanted an electronic lock because I was tired of needing to use a key. It has a fingerprint/code lock. So far, it has worked great. I added some motion sensor lights so, when I open the cabinet, everything is illuminated. I'm under no impression that these are high quality cabinets. I have zero doubt that my kids will stay out of it. But because I'm responsible, I wanted to lock them up anyway. I always get those LED lights that your can stick to the underside of the cabinets. They're awesome. You adhere the magnet to the underside and the light sticks to the magnet. Then you can pull it off if you need it somewhere else. They hold a charge. These bad boys $16!
