As someone with BPD (in remission), I was reading these texts and thinking “she sounds like she has BPD,” then I read your full post description and saw that she’s been diagnosed. You can NOT help or be in a healthy relationship with someone who is actively mismanaging their BPD (which is not a result of her going on/off medication—there is no medicine for BPD, she needs intense behavioral modification via DBT/CBT skills, medication can only address some of the related conditions like anxiety & depression). TBH, the best thing you can do for her is break up with her. Eventually, after several messy breakups over the years, losing someone I cared deeply about finally forced me to reflect on my behaviors and seek treatment. You will continue to be a punching bag if you stay. Especially if you modify your behavior to suit her insecurities or to avoid her dramatic mood swings. If you do decide to stay, this is a good book to read, but again, 0% recommend staying with someone who is not intensely working with a professional to manage their BPD: https://www.amazon.com/Stop-Walking-Eggshells-Borderline-Personality-ebook/dp/B084JTQZZX?dplnkId=5e4a88b2-3b5e-4e23-826d-f78cbaa67d9f&nodl=1 Take care.
