Did you get a brand new one or is it used?They need to use special sticker paper, specifically designed for the printer. They take "ZINK" zero-ink technology labels in roll format only - you don't need to buy Brother brand - you can buy the ZINK branded ones as long as they're in the little cartridge pack.
