Mcon style controllers aren't really great at the moment. The abyxlute is also known not to be very secure and any most modest bump will send your phone flying. Telescopic controllers is an alternative but they definitely are not pocketable and would need to be carried in a bag. Your other option would be a small Bluetooth controller. The downside to that is you'll need to position your phone somewhere stable since you're not holding onto it. Personally I'd go with a telescopic since it feels the closest to having an actual controller despite its lack of portability. For Bluetooth, I use this 8bitdo controller For a cheap decent telescopic, I'd suggest the Gamesir x5 lite Edit : Both come in around $35 USD or less.
