Well, the good news is that there are a ton of devices that fit your request. The bad news is that there are a ton of devices that fit your request. Arcade games from the 70s and 80s are among the easiest to play on a handheld. So it's not power you're looking for. Instead, it's probably the formfactor. Arcade games had vertical screens and a few controls. Not much going on there. So what's easy to hold? Well, there's the MagicX Zero 40. That's well under $100 on Amazon. There's also the MagicX One35. Also under $100 and you can get it from the manufacturer. My personal choice would be the Anbernic RG CUBEXX. It's the most versatile for a large number of systems. It has great ergonomics for its size and unlike the other two devices, it has video out capability so you could connect this to a monitor or TV and use a couple of bluetooth controllers to play against each other. You can find it on Anbernic's website or on Amazon. But I want to emphasize that you really don't need to spend a lot of money. Start low. Have fun with what you want to play. It's astonishing how many games these devices can play. If you get addicted like most of us have :-) then you can look at other, more powerful, and more expensive, systems later. Good luck!
