A place I used to work at served smoked chicken wings, and we had about 12 different sauces you could choose from. Our 'Extra Hot' was just the normal buffalo sauce, but we added a couple drops of "Da' Bomb - Beyond Insanity" (the same one that used to be on Hot Ones, but this was before Hot Ones). That sauce is so painfully hot it will annihilate anyone. We would get the same types of people you are talking about, and for them we would put about 5 drops of Da Bomb, and they would be sweating after a few bites. I ate half of a Carolina Reaper once, and I would rather do that again that than eat anything with more than a couple drops of Da Bomb in it. There is no real flavor to this sauce, it's nothing but pain. I think especially in a habanero sauce it wouldn't affect the flavor at all.
