I wear Birkenstock sneakers to school. They're almost exactly likethese but are black leather, instead of the canvas. They take some breaking in, but are great once that happens. I also mentioned in another comment that I buy Yogi pace pants off of Amazon. They're the same fabric as a lot of athletic wear but are structured like dress pants and are very comfortable.
