I don't believe so; they use stock photos that are royalty-free and manipulate them, free and available graphics and what not, in Photoshop. They design excellent fonts and titling as well. And $10 is the base price. It can go up from there depending on whatever add-ons you decide to include. It really is a steal. They designed my cover for The Slide, and I took it and enhanced it. But I paid more than $10 because I wanted the individual elements in order to move them around and use them in other marketing materials.
