no, not Kydex. I'm talking much lower temperatures. I usually boil it, take it out of the water, give it a couple seconds to cool down, and then I can comfortably work it with my bare hands. https://www.amazon.com/Sukh-10-9oz-Moldable-Plastic-Pellets/dp/B0C1YX39S5?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.KVvROLPfPhclS1vCaDHi9CYTTPGLgOYqBYJQDHYwx0E2NSOdFi4VfgaZ-FyXI01tzfEydLVt2jM9469T-hHJvERjSxQkRNxZIB8jutHY5BBkmwVUWPU9vbbFJiMeMjRrdlkn6JGIZm90Dt-YA0mMfeyc3IAPGopYHbr5BnFDIgQi3xLdutEC5wDniYQHKfL_znF5ZfoH4CDAwVZG4nkPjudYENS-wLIV7osulWdbjw85WF7moJuFr20qdf9dNn0vz8b-VQdEd3RWZpaypHVhFT10hlBKMUn2h_I0iL-nfqU.s4XPWc9PCb8qt_vGdeaaFhzUGIXziMwjlK9PTbQOYrQ&dib_tag=se&keywords=polycaprolactone&qid=1781327488&sr=8-1
Resin molds, plaster, and water paints. Optionally, there are those plastic pellets that are safe and fun with supervision. Resin casting powder is safe and fun, though pricy. Clay is always fun, especially carving and making something they want. Air dry clay with resin molds and stamps. Sounds like a great time. Might try it with my nephews. Honestly. In my experience. My kids nieces and nephews. ~5 years old, they are often willing to and have fun doing anything you are doing if you have positive and fun energy. Miserable cleaning is different from fun cleaning.
