i’ve been eating a lot of the better goods smoothie mix packages from walmart!!! they are so good, so far i’ve had this blueberry one and the red berry one! i need extra sources of fiber too so i got the blueberry one since it said it was a good source. it tastes super sweet and yummy too, and are really inexpensive imo. around $3 where i am! other than that i eat a lot of yogurt with fiber because it’s easy to eat and quick and ¯_(ツ)_/¯ fiberrrrr
