Well its kinda okay or hard depending on how you do it or experience. I bought my own and have removed the thermal putty and replaced them with those thermal pads things that laptop manufacturers used way back then and even added one for the ssd. Its kinda hard as either theckness are not enough and I either have to skim off a layer with a knife and try to fit it but in the end I got the laptop heatsink to vlose properly and its done. I use alcohol and cotton swabs and then thermal pads for the electronic components in this amazon link https://a.co/d/0gIrsfC8 or its also called arctic thermal pad if you dont want to click the link.
