They are tube axles that come with a lot of wheel swap kits. You take a pair of flush cutters and clip the original axle right behind the wheel. Then you slide the old axle and wheels off. Once they are off you take the small pins that come with the easy install axles and you bend them slightly. This bend will create friction to keep the pin in place inside of the axles so they will be secure.
