The cage is too small and not placed well since they only have one pan of visibility, they need more horizontal space and more depth. These cages's grid are usually 35cmx35cm (13x13 inches), they need at least 3 grids lenght, 2 grids width/depth, the height's fine. They also needs more toys, ringnecks likes to play. Normally this kind of cage has standard grids so you can buy them an extension, what kind is it ? Are all the grids the same square sizes or are there rectangles grids too ? Here are some toys links as well (assuming you're in the US):- https://www.amazon.com/bulk-buys-Balls-Bells-Toys/dp/B01MSJBU03?crid=20ELJA94BHN63 (balls)- https://www.amazon.com/MateeyLife-Slow-Feeder-Cat-Overeating/dp/B0FTWDNTN7 (foraging mats)- https://www.amazon.com/MAQIHAN-10PCS-Fake-Fern-Outdoors/dp/B0CN8VVJ2V (fake plants, to hang on the side, or put some on the ground as well)- https://www.amazon.com/Hypeety-Handwoven-Cockatiel-Parakeet-Cockatoo/dp/B07FTHTLF6 (hanging nest)- https://www.amazon.com/Hypeety-Stainless-Hanging-Cockatoos-African/dp/B0FHH4JVW8 (toy to hang)- https://www.amazon.com/Jevnd-Foraging-Interactive-Parakeet-Enrichment/dp/B0DKY8PT9Y (platform foraging thing)- https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Parakeet-Cockatiel-Cockatoo-Lovebird/dp/B0BX71LLKQ (hanging nest, remove the fake fabric leaves)If you want better perches and have access to safe wood you can make your own using these: https://www.amazon.fr/WizeFolk-branches-perroquets-auto-assemblage-similaires/dp/B0DMVRY94V I'd say from my experience that they prefer the foraging stuff, foraging mats, hanging nests and fake plants. If you get fake plants make sure they're plastic and hard to destroy, don't want them to ingest it. Avoid fabric Hope it helps, if you need more suggestions or help concerning the cage or other stuff don't hesitate
