Don't know about the cheapest 4K OLEDs, but in terms of high end 32" 4K OLEDs, I like the Asus TrueBlack glossy WOLED for $830. Also, there's the Samsung 4th Gen QD-OLED for $1000. This is the (matte version of the) new 2026 QD-OLED generation used in the PG32UDCM3 which some QD-OLED enthusiasts call the best panel out now. Though if you're more budget conscious you should stick to previous gen.
