I wouldn't overthink your first pair as long as they have enough toe box and lower stack height. They'll probably be transitional for you. Buy a couple cheap ones off Amazon to test fit and just return what doesn't feel right. I found that in my first year my arch didn't grow, but it did strengthen my minimal arch a ton to the point where my feet felt very different and changed shoes. I started with 2 pairs of Whitins and they both feel different despite being the same brand. The pair I started favoring is now back of closet, and the one I thought I wouldn't like I now love with my stronger feet and use them every gym session. I also bought a pair of Vivos for casual and Altras for racing.
