I got a set of wedge pillows off Amazon ( https://a.co/d/06cubTwJ ). They’re kinda pricey but can easily be recreated by putting a pillow under your butt to keep you in place. I find that longer back almost replicates the hospital bed experience, which personally helps a lot for me. Before I got it though, using a travel neck pillow and/or a stuffed animal behind my head (in combo with the butt pillow) was also a comfy compromise. Best of luck!
