https://a.co/d/0gtd0W9hI recently got 2 of these lights and am really impressed so far. As for fertilizer l, you can pick up “indoor plant food fertilizer” at Walmart. It is a liquid and only needs 2 pumps mixed with water monthly. I am sure there are better fertilizers out there but that will probably be the easiest to pickup. The variegated monsteras need a good amount of light so I would try to add more light just as long as it’s not direct sunlight beating down on it.
