If you don’t need ram and ssd, buy this instead: https://www.amazon.com/GMKtec-K12-Barebone-Upgraded-Expansion/dp/B0GF78LHXP Or is there anything better at that price?

A Raspberry Pi like in the OP video can't do much, but you can just buy little mini PCs that can do pretty much anything, even game. Something like this can run older games just fine and even a lot of newer well-optimized games. The Radeon 780M (the iGPU in the above example) can run Cyberpunk 2077 on medium/1080p with FSR enabled at like ~40 fps, to give you an idea of the performance. Though such mini-PCs aren't really worth it anymore. Back before the DRAM/NAND apocalypse, you could get something like that with RAM and an SSD included for less than the same price they are now charging for just barebones systems...
