The H2Pro brand on Amazon, which use thicker tempered glass (4x stronger than annealed), has great lids which have held up to our cats. H2Pro 30" Glass Canopy for 20 Long/29 Gallon Aquarium Fish Tank (29.21 x 11.69 x 0.16in) I also like that they give you the actual measurements of the lid, unlike other brands, so you can see if it will fit. For glass lids, the only drawback is the plastic backstrip which can be problematic to cut down and install. For that you can also consider Tankstrips which are custom made to fit better, install easily, and look terrific.
