Last year I bought flat square ice packs similar to these on Amazon. They came in a 4 pack so I was always able to keep two in the freezer, two in the cage. I swapped them out every 12 hrs or so and created little pouches for them with padded fabric to prevent freeze burn. You could also wrap them in a towel or put them under the mat in their cage. One of my piggies would lay on it frequently and the other didn’t seem to care.
