100 Meters 10Gbps SFP+ to RJ45 Modules, 1G/2.5G/5G/10GBase-T Copper RJ45 to SFP+ Transceiver, Compatible with Cisco SFP-10G-T-X, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Mikrotik, Very Low Power Consumption

My DAC is a Ubiquiti (UACC-DAC-SFP10-1M) but could mean that is a problem with the Netgear. The SFP+ to 10 gbe (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CF9WS71J) - this is a generic Cisco compatible that I've used with the Netgear - I would think it would work with the Ubiquiti, but maybe not. The AOC was a 10gtek generic/multi vendor (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0999FXHH1) I don't know how to rule out a problem with the UCG not liking the generic without spending more $ on Ubiquiti 10g SFP+ to gbe - I don't want to spend any more money on SFP+ adapters or cables - especially with no proof of a root cause. If I had the $ to spend I might would love to upgrade my core switch to the USW-Pro-XG-8-PoE - but I should be able to get what I have to work together.
