Follow some of the advice in here. In the meantime and should you decide to stay, buy a shop vac (add an extender), pull those appliances out, vacuum under there, then mop the floors. If I were you, I'd pull everything out and get to work. Roaches might be the least of your worries. It looks like there are mouse droppings in the last photo. Did you not see any of this stuff before you moved in? The dishwasher rack looks like was pulled up from the bottom of the ocean. The oven looks like a fire hazard. This isn't good.
