I'm an old man with fibromyalgia, a wrecked beat up body, with repetitive motion injury to shoulders long ago. Years ago I found a used King size, soft sided waterbed with a firm waveless mattress. It all but saved my life. Deterioration over time, I feared replacing it. Did not want to spend the big bucks. I ordered this 2'' latex topper. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBKTRV9D It made the bed soft enough for my shoulders and firm enough for my back. It's cooler than the gel memory foam. I sleep well. To do over again I'd of got the 8'' model instead of the ten as bedding height is too high and sheet fitment. I'm a believer in latex foam.
