Some comments: No reason to get a 4080 now - it's previous gen and far too expensive (being sold by a third party at elevated prices). The 5080 is the the successor, better performing, and less expensive. The Samsung 990 Pro is too expensive for no benefit in gaming performance. No benefit to X870 chipset for gaming. The power supply is too expensive - there are better quality less expensive units. Suggestions below that cut nearly $400 from your list despite better performance with a 5080 and several other minor improvements. CPU Cooler: The Phantom Spirit is the slightly improved version of the Peerless Assassin (one more heat pipe) and currently less expensive. Motherboard: Less expensive B850 Tomahawk Max - it will do the same for less. Memory: A little less expensive same spec RAM. Storage: Far less expensive still good spec 2TB PCIe 4 NVME - looks like it's on promo for a really good price at Amazon. Video Card: A 5080 will provide about 16% better performance than the 4080 at 1440p. Case: Slightly less expensive case that, with the added 3-pack of 140mm PWM fans, will provide slightly better airflow. Power Supply: Better quality 1050w ATX 3.1 unit (longer 10 year warranty vs the Corsair's 7 years) for much less. You don't need a 1000w unit for this system (850w would be plenty), but it doesn't hurt to have more wattage for upgrade headroom, especially with a great price like for this unit.
