I bought more from Amazon so I always had cold ones to tuck inside my bra. I wrapped them in gauze. This soft clay ice pack stays cold for a long time and molds to your body. I put this one over my shirt, under my armpit (SNB) and over the top of my beast (breast incision). I used both ice packs at the same time.
