And some inexpensive tools that can prevent you from screwing up an expensive part. Ambi safeties come in 4 flavors of different size 'thumb paddles'. You chose a $60 model that will probably require fitting. If you are going to through all the ass-pain of fitting - should take the time to learn about the different paddle sizes. Unless you are truly left handed - this modification is handy like balls on a preacher - it will complicate your disassembly and cleaning. 90% chance you will have to modify your right side grip unless choosing the correct model. Pro Tip: Have a nice Colt Gold Cup National Match or similar high end pistol handy to check your work. You don't have to own it - just know someone you can borrow one from. Kimber ambi safety is nice and smooth - you want yours to feel similar. Same with trigger jobs - you need to have nice pistol handy to go back and forth with.
