Just out of curiosity, is there a reason you are going with cast iron over high quality stainless steel grates? Hunsaker heavy duty 22" I have an older 304 stainless grate from Hunsaker and it is durable as hell. My only complaint with cast iron is that it gets pretty rusty if you don't keep up with maintenance and they're much heavier.
