Take them to your local office max or office Depot (I forget which one I have near by) and ask them to print it on a similar size card. I brought them a card as a reference and they used their software to adjust and print. Took them a couple of tries but it turned out decent. If you don't care for having the cards having square corners vs rounded corners there is a tool you can buy from Amazon and you can cut them out yourself.
