Best I've seen is at Walmart for $238 but it looks like it's in store only. My local says they have 5 of them. https://www.walmart.com/ip/6045554014?sid=eb9bb536-226b-4cef-aef7-e736583a7183

Pretty much local or online Walmart for $238: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ultra-HD-4K-Blu-Ray-Player-Hi-Res-Sound-DP-UB450/6045554014

Have you tried Walmart? The site shows it's available for shipping or pickup at $238. My local one has 8 in stock. I lucked out last year and scored two of them on clearance for $99 as backups.

My understanding from seeing folks post about the UB450 is that Walmart is the only store that reliably carries them. Edit Link: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ultra-HD-4K-Blu-Ray-Player-Hi-Res-Sound-DP-UB450/6045554014

Walmart has kept a healthy amount of UB450 available this year. They'll likely have it available still in August/September: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ultra-HD-4K-Blu-Ray-Player-Hi-Res-Sound-DP-UB450/6045554014

The Panasonic 450 would be the best option. It’s the one I have and it works great. No skipping or audio issues on my part. Only issue I had was some image flickering the first time I connected it to the tv, but it got fixed with a simple restart. I would also recommend to connect it via Ethernet the first time in case there’s an update.

This Samsung you have pictured is the first ever 4K player and it's surprisingly reliable. No bells or whistles but plays discs which is what you really need. I have one of these, got it originally for my stepdad in late 2016, I ended up with it eventually and still use it from time to time https://www.walmart.com/ip/6045554014?sid=20cac071-aec2-4c05-9e8a-071e5ca42c25 this Panasonic is one of the newer produced players and it supports Dolby Vision if your discs and TV both also support it
