Probably easier to just put a stick-on power switch cover like this or this. Some industrial power strips like this come with covers. Finally, don't train your cat by giving them food immediately after they do this. They don't realize they're doing something bad, they just honestly think the glowing button is the food button. They don't know what "work" is and they just think your monitors are fancy light bulbs. If anything get something else like a bell and train it to reassociate that with food instead
