Polymaker GF HTPLAMost colors < $9/kg. Not my favorite material, needs to be annealed for it to be HT, not annealed other properties suffer a little. Sunlu black, $5.64, other colors appear to be $8-$10 now. Overture black or white petg, $6.11 Creality Soleyin Ultra Yellow, $5/kg Prices appear to be fluctuating.

Yeah, normal 1.75mm PLA is fine. SUNLU PLA Plus Filament 1.75mm Black 1KG is a decent first spool because it is still easy to tune but a bit tougher. Start with Cura or PrusaSlicer, files from Printables, and SD card.
