Second this: "For cleaning kit - latex gloves, a microfiber towel, Q-Tips, toothbrush, a soft bore snake, and a cleaner of your choice (all in a lil’ bag) is the way to go." Starting out, I bought way too much stuff that I never use. I would add cleaning patches. I bought this (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CD47JPT9), it's got patches and pointed "q-tips"... 300 of each will last you a long time. After I spray a little cleaner and let it soak, I use the pointy end to get into the rails, then the patch and the stick end to get in a little deeper. You can also buy a bag of 20 microfiber cloths and use them until you think they are so disgusting they are putting carbon back on the weapon (it's really not, just aesthetics).
