No don’t get sansi lights for this one imo. Get one or two of these 4ft stand up barrina lights and it will grow like a weed. Probably just one to keep it growing the same direction if you have good natural light. I like GT’s foliage focus for fertilizer. They’ll be fine in most any humidity and temp in my experience but prefer higher since they are tropical plants by nature. As far as poles go skip the cheap ones like co co coir. These large form monsteras are crawlers in nature apposed to climbers like the small forms so it doesn’t have be on a pole but they can be trained to grow up one just takes a little more time and effort.
