I've been wearing these Baleaf pants. I like that they feel like yoga pants but can also pass for slacks. They say fleece lined, but it's minimal. They stay reasonably warm when it's chilly, but they don't bother me when it gets warmer. I'm not sure they'd be long enough for you. I'm short and they bunch up over my shoes. I think the only con I have with them is that they are almost too stretchy. I'm of a body type that a little snug control on the ole' bum and hips would be nice. I'm still looking for my unicorn, but I wear these in the meantime.
